End-to-End Supply Chain Management
The End-to-End Supply Chain Management program is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of all functions and processes involved in supply chain management. Participants will learn to align supply chain strategies with corporate goals, optimize processes, and effectively manage relationships within the supply chain.

Plan and manage demand, sales and operations planning, and supply chain finance while identifying and mitigating risks.
Execute effective procurement, logistics, inventory, and warehouse management strategies, including reverse logistics.
Analyze the impact of digitalization on modern supply chains and apply technology to improve performance and visibility.
